An established civil engineering and land-surveying firm based in Tampa and Ft. Myers is seeking qualified candidates to assist in implementation of strategic plan including corporate expansion and diversification into municipal engineering and land planning.  This multi-office firm specializes in innovative, high quality designs of residential, commercial and industrial development projects for public and private sector clients.

Candidates for engineering positions shall demonstrate proficiency in land development services including subdivisions design, site grading plans, storm and sanitary sewer, water distribution, roadway plan and profile, and bid and construction administration.  Candidates for senior positions shall demonstrate management skills including project and staff management, effective communication skills, and proposal writing and client coordination.  All candidates shall share corporate philosophy and exhibit good moral character.  The firm offers a complete benefits package, which is highlighted by a corporate 401K plan and profit sharing, 6-1/2 annual paid holidays, paid time off and health insurance plan.

FORT MYERS

Senior Project Managers

• Engineers will report to the Director of Engineering, Fort Myers and be in responsible charge of Civil Engineering projects in the Fort Myers office.  Minimum of 5 years experience in municipal engineering, land development design and/or project management.  Florida P.E. or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.  Experience with AutoCAD R14 or 2000 a plus.

  Staff Engineer

• Engineer will report to Senior Project Manager in Fort Myers office.  Minimum of 1 year of experience in land development.  Requires degree in civil engineering, Engineer in Training certification and experience with AutoCAD R14 or 2000.

  Land Planner

• Planner will report to the Division Manager and perform planning and urban design efforts in our Fort Myers office.  Minimum of 5 years experience in Land Planning.  Requires degree in planning, landscape architecture or related field.  Experience with AutoCAD R14 or 2000 a plus.

    Survey Field Crews:
